Color has always played a major role in my life, whether I worked as a stylist, interior designer or artist. I became interested in colors and their meaning early on, and when I wanted to specialize as an interior designer, color psychology became the natural choice. After my 3-year interior design education in Barcelona, I have worked and studied color in various ways since 2008.

 

Since I was 15 and had my first yoga experience, I have been actively exploring my consciousness. Over the years, many strong spiritual experiences have shaped and colored my life. I see a deep connection between color and spirituality, especially through the wisdom of the chakra system and David Hawkins' "Map of Consciousness", where color becomes a powerful expression of energy flows and levels of consciousness.

 

I mainly work with color schemes for private individuals. Some of my more public projects can be seen at Rum 809, Scandic Anglais, Bo- och Samhällsexpo in Vallastaden, Rockfon's new color collection. As well as my art exhibitions Colour Emotions which have taken place at Tändstickspalatset, Hallwylska museet & Dunkers kulturhus.

 

I love spreading my color theory and teaching interior design and architecture students how color can affect our well-being, mental health and create positive change.

 

I am interested in how color and design can bring us together as individuals, how it can make us more open and aware, how it can encourage us to continue to be curious, make us grow and encourage generosity and trust. Design and color can affect how we behave and feel. It can change the way we do things and how we see things. The fact that color affects us physically, emotionally and spiritually inspires me to constantly want to explore the area.
